Manager

You will serve as a MANAGER (Department Head, Corporate Operations) in the Corporate Operations Department (10) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-6 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. This position may be eligible for Supervisory Pay Differential of up to four (4) percent.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing and advising on business program operations (e.

g. short- and long-term planning; financial management; setting priorities; or estimating resources) to assess and develop business or administrative processes and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency for an organization.
