As a Third Keyholder/Supervisor , you are the face of Fossil. You are focused, dedicated, and passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience while embodying the company’s core values. You confidently welcome our guests and have the ability to build strong customer relationships by sharing product knowledge, listening actively, and asking lifestyle questions to understand their needs.

You take ownership of your daily responsibilities and are driven to achieve your individual sales and KPI targets. In addition, you are responsible for opening and closing the store when management is not present. Together with the team, you foster a positive store environment and contribute to reaching our shared goals, because at Fossil, we are Greater Together.

Your Responsibilities
