Partner with your General Manager to run a great restaurant while building your own leadership skills.

” What You’ll Lead Develop your team: Support staffing, interviewing, training, and performance reviews. Give Shift Leaders and Team Members clear direction and ongoing feedback. Run great shifts: Coordinate people and priorities, lead alongside your crew, and maintain a safe, clean, organized restaurant. Deliver welcoming service: Uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Resolve concerns with care and give guests a reason to return. Drive results: Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability. Grow the business: Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
