About the role

We are looking for a freelance Adoption and Learning Lead, who will run a Power Platform and Copilot enablement pilot for a global food service group and turn it into a blueprint for its markets. Lingaro is a Microsoft partner that builds and implements data and AI solutions end to end. The client is a global food service group headquartered in the UK, with around 25 country businesses that own their own governance.

The pilot covers 250 HQ users over ten weeks: self-paced learning built on Microsoft Learn with a client layer, facilitated capstone sessions, and a train-the-trainer handover to client trainers. Learners are supported by the Companion, Lingaro's AI agent built in Copilot Studio and running in the client's tenant, and every app and agent they build sits in one governed catalogue.

The mission is to own the pilot with the client from discovery to read-out, then package what works so each market can adopt it with limited adaptation.
