Position Overview

Join our team as a Supervisor, Front Office Care Coordination who is responsible for ensuring courteous and efficient client service at the hospital, including phone management, payment processing, and care coordinator supervision. Also, serves as a care coordinator when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise care coordinators, including hiring, evaluating, and enforcing policies.
• Schedule care coordinators as per staffing needs and provide backup when necessary.
• Address client complaints, escalating issues to the Hospital Manager.
• Manage specialist scheduling and handle financial transactions.
• Process refunds, returns, credits, and payment plans.
• Generate billing statements, assist with collections, and prepare end-of-month reports.
• Serve as a backup to the Hospital Manager for building maintenance.
• Perform other assigned tasks by the Manager.

Qualifications (Required)

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies
• Experience working in veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols
• Exceptional client care service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Supervisory skills including good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with other management team members

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Good organizational skills
• Familiar with Impromed Practice Management System
• Processing payments, refunds, returns, and credits
• Dealing with client concerns

Schedule: Monday through Thursday

Pay Range

$21 — $24 USD
