We need you to join our team: Sinai Residences is seeking a service-driven Concierge who will provide five-star hotel quality concierge service to our residences and one who understands the worth of superb customer service. A successful candidate will have a confident personality, an outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, enjoy networking with residents, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Additionally, they should possess a comprehensive knowledge of local businesses, travel options, and entertainment scenes. Additionally, as a concierge, you will proactively anticipate the needs of residents and offer prompt solutions. Personalizing the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of the resident.

REQUIREMENTS

Two years of hospitality or Customer Service experience, strongly preferred. Higher education and vocational training in the hospitality industry are desired. Good geographic knowledge of surrounding areas, strongly preferred. Awareness of cultural events Computer knowledge, Outlook, Word, Excel, and must be comfortable using various applications at the same time.
