Flexible schedules for work/life balance # Position Profile The Facility Support Technician provides light maintenance support, day porter services, and preventative maintenance functions and assists in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming physical environment.

Responsibilities Provides quality facility maintenance support. Maintains safe work environment. Supports facility operation needs. Maintains and enhances professional skills. Adheres to high stands or personal and professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum one year of light maintenance, landscaping, and/or day porter experience. Must have maintained a valid AZ driver#s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile. Demonstrates understanding of general facility maintenance work and safe use of hand and power tools. Good communication and human relations skills; ability to meet people with ease and convey compassion and sensitivity.
