Community Management Associate

As a Community Management Associate, you will help shape the online presence of a globally recognized free-knowledge platform and connect with the next generation of digital audiences.

You will contribute to community engagement, social media storytelling, and brand voice development across major digital channels. From creating engaging content to responding to trending conversations, you will help foster meaningful interactions and strengthen audience relationships. You will also highlight inspiring stories from a worldwide volunteer community and explore new ways to increase engagement.

Working within a collaborative, remote-first communications team, you will combine creativity with data-driven insights to refine social media strategies.
