You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June–July 2027 . As an intern, you will join the HP Solutions Business Management team , which drives business planning, target setting, performance tracking and reporting for the HP Solutions portfolio at global and regional level. Our ambition is to build a first-in-class business management function : data-driven, automated and powered by AI. You will play a key role in making that happen. Key responsibilities

Automate business management processes: identify manual, recurring tasks (data extraction, consolidation, reporting) and automate them using Python, SQL and/or Power Automate. Leverage AI smartly: design and deploy AI-powered solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI agents, prompt-based workflows) to accelerate analysis, generate business insights and streamline executive reporting.

Strengthen data quality: implement validation checks, document data flows and definitions, and help establish a reliable single source of truth. Drive adoption and continuous improvement: partner with Finance, Sales Operations and IT stakeholders to spot automation opportunities, share best practices and help the team embrace new tools.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics or Business Administration with a strong technical focus Technical skills: programming in Python and/or SQL; advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools; hands-on use of GenAI tools (e.

g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and prompt engineering. Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), APIs or LLM-based agents is a strong plus Soft skills: analytical and problem-solving mindset, curiosity to explore new technologies, proactivity and ownership, and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to business stakeholders Interest in business, finance and performance management is a plus Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Spanish and/or Catalan is a plus Experience our benefits: Paid internship within a global, technology driven company.
