Pharmacy Technician- Retail - Float PRN

Assists the pharmacist in providing superior customer service to all pharmacy clients. Performs technical duties necessary to prepare and dispense medications. Ensures pharmacy insurance claims are correctly adjudicated through the computer system for reimbursement by working with patients and calling insurance companies to address issues.

Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as Olmsted Medical Center initiatives.
