The Program Consultant provides consultation, supervision, and training to employees of the Residential Treatment Center (RTC). This person will also assist with pre-service/in-service training, interviewing and hiring prospective employees, scheduling, and Direct Care Staff Evaluations on an as needed basis. This position carries out other program and administrative responsibilities as assigned. Under the direction of the Director of Teaching-Family Services, the Program Consultant will provide consultation, training, and evaluation services for implementation of the Teaching-Family Model.
