Fleet Training Director

You will serve as a FLEET TRAINING DIRECTOR in the TRAINING DIRECTORATE of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following executive experience:

• Mastery of DON and Navy staff structures, functions, operations, and procedures.
• Ability to concisely summarize and communicate information to Flag Officers and other senior staff personnel.
• Experience with meeting US Navy Optimized Fleet Response Plan and Global Force Management requirements.
• Familiarity with Universal Joint/Navy Task Lists, Joint Mission Essential Task Lists, Navy Mission Essential Task Lists, and their inter-relation to Navy individual/unit/group training and Maritime Operations Center operations.
