Essential Functions

Maintain the cleanliness of the resort base area, including the restroom trailers. Handle all aspects of trash collection and removal. Assist with snow removal as needed. Identify safety issues and report them promptly to the Resort Services Manager. Follow all safety procedures. Monitor supply levels and notify management when restocking is needed.

Deliver enthusiastic, professional service to every guest. Communicate well with teammates and contribute to a positive work environment. Follow supervisor direction and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Able to pass an MVR background check. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Professional communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
