Enterprise Account Executive
Job description
About Pak. Energy Pak. Energy is the trusted partner to more than 2,000 oil & gas companies, helping our customers run their entire well lifecycle — from land and accounting to field operations and hauling — on a single, end-to-end software platform, now powered by PakAI. We give mid-and large-size operators the systems the supermajors use, so they can run a supermajor-sized set of obligations with a lean team.
The Mission Win new enterprise logos and land multi-product platform deals with mid-size and large upstream & midstream operators — consistently delivering quota through a disciplined, value-led, C-suite sales motion that positions Pak. Energy as one integrated platform, not a collection of tools.
About the Role
We are seeking a proven Enterprise Account Executive with a track record of selling an enterprise SaaS platform to owners, operators, and C-level executives in the oil & gas industry. You will own new-logo acquisition and initial platform expansion across a defined territory of operators — running complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles that reach the economic buyer and land Pak.
Energy as the system of record across the well lifecycle. This is a hunter role at the center of Pak. Energy’s go-to-market. You’ll sell the platform — bundling accounting, land, production, transportation, and field operations into a single integrated value story — rather than selling one module at a time. To thrive, you’ll bring high energy, strong self-discipline, and a relentless focus on pipeline generation, deal execution, and year-over-year growth — and you’ll use modern AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and sell more effectively.
What You’ll Own Pipeline generation Self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting, calls, networking, and industry events — supported by AI-assisted research, enrichment, sequencing, and messaging. Build and execute account and territory strategy for new-logo acquisition against our ideal customer profile (upstream & midstream operators, Tiers 3–5 by production scale).
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery and a consistent qualification framework. Enterprise deal execution & value selling Run complex, C-suite-level sales cycles using MEDDPICC; access and align the economic buyer, champion, and technical stakeholders. Lead discovery and needs-analysis to uncover pain across the seven-step well lifecycle — and map Pak.
Energy’s integrated platform to quantified business outcomes (the cost of the hand-offs between systems). Sell the platform: bundle products, services, and pricing into a differentiated, hard-to-replicate offer rather than competing feature-by-feature. Build ROI and business-case presentations, and co-create a mutual action plan with the champion to drive the deal to a signed close.
Design and deliver tailored proposals, demos, and presentations for each customer’s use case — using AI tools to accelerate content creation and personalization at scale. Forecasting & operating rigor Own and consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual quota. Maintain accurate, current records in the CRM; keep clean stages, close dates, and next steps; use AI-driven insights to report on pipeline health and forecast with accuracy.
Cross-functional & market Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to align on go-to-market strategy and channel customer feedback into the roadmap. Represent Pak. Energy at industry conferences and trade shows; travel to customer sites to run demonstrations and support evaluations. Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging AI and sales-tech tools — sharing insights with the team.
What Success Looks Like First 90 days: ramped on the platform, ICP, and MEDDPICC motion; territory plan built; qualified pipeline building at 3–5× coverage. First year: quota achieved; multiple new-logo platform wins (multi-product, not single-module); a repeatable, well-inspected pipeline; accurate forecasting the team can trust.
Ongoing: consistent quota attainment, healthy win rates and deal velocity, and a growing base of reference customers. What You Bring 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with a demonstrated, verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota. Proven experience running complex, multi-stakeholder, C-suite enterprise sales cycles with meaningful ACV — not transactional, single-threaded deals.
Command of modern SaaS go-to-market: ICP, discovery, value/ROI selling, pricing & packaging, and a structured methodology (MEDDPICC or equivalent). Fluency with AI-powered sales tools (conversation intelligence, generative-AI assistants, sales-engagement platforms) to lift productivity and win rates. Oil & gas, energy, or vertical / operational SaaS domain experience is a strong plus; ability to learn a technical platform and its ecosystem quickly is required.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; strong negotiation and closing skills; disciplined pipeline and time management. Coachable, adaptable, collaborative, and self-disciplined in a remote environment. Willingness to travel up to 75% within your territory and to industry events. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Additional Information: We value building direct relationships with our candidates and prefer to manage our hiring process internally.
While we occasionally partner with select recruitment agencies for specialized roles, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or agencies without a written agreement executed by the authorized signatory for Pak. Energy. Any resumes submitted without an Agreement will be considered the property of Pak. Energy, and no recruitment fees will be owed.
Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Pak. Energy in the United States is required, as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates are responsible for maintaining and renewing any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility. Salary is commensurate with experience and paid via direct deposit.
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Pak. Energy reserves the right to adjust ranges based on qualifications, experience, training, work history, and geographic location of the selected candidate.
Benefits
Pak. Energy offers a casual business work environment, generous PTO, and a competitive compensation structure that includes sales commissions, paid health insurance and a 401(k)-retirement plan. We have a positive culture designed around the philosophy of mutual respect and the challenge of contributing to the continued success of our organization.
Pak. Energy is dedicated to individual growth opportunities, and we would love the opportunity to discuss with you in more detail!
