Role and Responsibilities Be a brand ambassador to our Independent Agent Contractors Act as first line of support for our Agents and interdepartmental inquiries/concerns involving our Agents Work to timely and proactively respond to calls or emails Work to understand the various operating systems and how functions flow within the organization Create and maintain relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction Onboard agents and generate a welcoming environment/process Engage with various departments, including our IT team, to troubleshoot and resolve issues Understand and be able to describe the Bridgeway brand talking points Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

Qualifications

and Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of customer service experience Preferred Skills Attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, levelheaded and calm during stressful interactions, problem solving, proactivity to facilitate more effective results, and written and verbal communication is very important.
