Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate You will help the team receive, process, and stage freight to keep operations running smoothly and meet customer KPIs. You will work onsite on first shift and collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving stakeholders to ensure accurate handling and timely outbound loads. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Offload and load vehicles, trailers, and ocean containers safely and without damage Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, hand jacks, and other warehouse equipment Palletize, stretch-wrap, band, label, and prepare outbound loads; match paperwork with freight Verify and sign Bills of Lading; report discrepancies, damages, and inventory variances Use warehouse booking-in sheets or a Warehouse Management System to track and stage cargo Maintain general housekeeping and site security procedures; execute DFT and bonded-freight processes where required Support picking, packing, inventory reporting/stock checks, and rework or recoup freight per SOPs Assist with training new staff and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Minimum 6 months prior warehouse operations experience with the same payroll/employer Ability to operate sit-down forklift and other warehouse equipment Be at least 18 years old and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours and meet established KPI/performance standards English language proficiency; ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures Here's What Else Might Help You Out High school diploma or GED Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, delivery orders, and bonded freight procedures Spanish language ability (preferred) Pay Rate $20.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
