Job Title: Manufacturing Operator Location: Regency Plastics / 4147 N Ubly Road, Ubly, Michigan Starting Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 (Includes Shift Premium) Available Work Hours: 2nd Shift / 3:00pm - 11:00pm 3rd Shift / 11:00pm – 7:00am $500 Sign-on Bonus $1000 Referral Bonus Available Looking to start your career in manufacturing?

What You’ll Do: Work in a team friendly and family atmosphere. Lifting and moving in a repetitive process. Inspect plastic parts for defects to ensure good quality. Make boxes, set up containers, label, and pack parts for shipments to customers. Use a computer to track scrap, and production efficiencies. What You’ll Need: Ability to work with a positive attitude with a team and independently.

High School Diploma, or GED. Availability to work weekends and OT, as needed. Motor coordination, manual , and finger dexterity.
