Overview

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our Ford dealership as Parts Counter Associate and/or Driver. Candidates may be hired specifically for the parts counter, for a driving role, or for either position depending on experience and interest. Training is available for motivated individuals who would like to develop into the parts counter role.

Key Responsibilities

• Parts Counter (in-store):

• Assist customers and technicians in person and over the phone with parts needs

• Look up and order parts using CDK and the Snap-on Catalog

• Accurately invoice and process parts transactions

• Help maintain parts inventory, including stocking, organizing, and periodic counts

• Driver:

• Pick up and deliver parts to customers, vendors, and other locations as needed

• Safely operate dealership vehicles and follow all traffic laws

• Represent the dealership professionally during all deliveries and customer interactions

Requirements

• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and their systems
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Work schedule will be either:

• Monday through Friday, or

• Tuesday through Saturday (alternating)

• Typical hours:

• 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., or

• 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
