Data Services Manager

At Community First Credit Union, the data we use informs the ways we're able to help - our members, and our communities. The Data Services Manager is a player-coach, leading a team of data analysts, database professionals, and reporting specialists who accurately and securely deliver data and meaningful insights to the business.

You'll provide input into the credit union's data governance process and data strategy, as well as have primary oversight over database management, data analysis, data conversion, data standards, internal report creation, and management of the organization’s data visualization tools. You'll also be a key resource for ensuring the delivery of clean data to and from all internal and external partners or vendors, ensuring accurate production of data files.
