Job description
Anticipated opening for a Full-Time Non-Tenurable Leave Replacement Science teacher who possesses the appropriate NJ Certification for middle school science for the 2026-2027 school year at Franklin Avenue Middle School. The teacher should demonstrate the skills and knowledge of a typical middle school Science teacher as well as a strong understanding of Earth, Life and Physical Sciences.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to have a grasp of the NJSLS Science Standards, integration of technology into the classroom, and be willing to participate as an advisor or coach in extra-curricular activities. Anticipated start date of January 2027.
