8th Grade Girls Basketball Coach

8TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL COACH Worth School District is seeking coaching applicants for the 8th Grade Girls Basketball for the 26/27 junior high school season The season begins: 8th grade

• October to the tournament in -December (5th -9th) The coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the junior high girls basketball program. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and knowledge in player development, sportsmanship, integrity and character development. Coach will collaborate with the Athletic Director regarding schedules, equipment, and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of the sport. Enforce school regulations and policies in a professional manner. Provide mentorship. Address concerns and offer suggestions in an appropriate and confidential manner. Ability to understand and follow basic oral and written skills. Ability to maintain good working relationships with fellow employees and pupils.

Ability to communicate to students, parents and staff in an acceptable/courteous manner. Salary
