Technical Leader Software

Duties: Responsible for Installation, configuration and deployment of applications. Deployed Java-based applications (WAR, EAR, and JAR files) across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Configured server parameters, JVM settings, data source connections, and application properties. Responsible for fixing vulnerabilities and Patching activities.

Responsible for Monitoring tools like Sitescope, Dynatrace and splunk for applications which is in scope. Troubleshoot the active issues and fix them at earliest. Responsible for working with vendors and fixing the prod issues. Managed SSL certificates, application security configurations, and access controls. Supported incident, problem, and change management processes as per ITIL standards.

Maintained deployment documentation, standard operating procedures, and environment inventories.

Requirements

Requires Bachelor’s degree or a foreign academic equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education, and experience equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer applications, Computer Information Systems or related fields. Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Jr.

Software Engineer, Middleware Admin, Software Engineer, Site reliability Engineer, Assistant Consultant or related field. Requires experience in Apache, Jboss, Weblogic, Tomcat, SiteScope, Dynatrace, Unix, Linux. Job requires relocation to unanticipated clients’ locations throughout the US with Multiple Openings
