Accounts Receivable Associate (Biller)

Biller Purpose A Biller is responsible for creating and submitting accurate invoices in a timely manner to customers in a constantly changing regulatory environment. Biller Job Functions/Responsibilities: · Process and send customer sales invoices, credit memos, rebills, and adjustments accurately and timely, using correct delivery method · Prepare daily batches for management approval prior to submitting to the customer · Manage delivery tickets and file accordingly · Upload invoices to customer portals · Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner · Available for overtime as needed · Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned Requirements · 2+ years experience in Billing required · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Attention to detail · Good time management skills · Team Player · Great interpersonal and communication skills · NetSuite Oracle or similar ERP Experience · Work from office Jaguar Fueling Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
