Mentor Manager for Lee County / Fort Myers Who we are: At Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, we create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that help young people reach their full potential. Through mentorship, youth development programming, and community partnerships, we empower children across our communities to build confidence, achieve success, and realize brighter futures.

BBBS Sun Coast is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven professional to support youth mentoring and enrichment programming in the Fort Myers office that serves all of Lee County. This role facilitates engaging workshops, supports mentoring relationships, coordinates site-based activities, and helps youth build confidence, leadership, and career readiness skills.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate youth workshops and enrichment activities in school and community settings Deliver curriculum focused on resilience, leadership, workforce development, mentoring, and life skills Launch and support the High School Bigs Club at local high schools Coordinate schedules, activities, volunteers, and special events Conduct youth and volunteer interviews, assessments, matching, and ongoing match support Maintain accurate program documentation and outcome reporting Build positive relationships with students, families, schools, and community partners Ensure compliance with youth safety and organizational standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, social work, human services, or related field or a combination of education and experience Experience working with youth, mentoring, education, or group facilitation preferred Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends Must have dependable transportation and valid driver's license This is a fulltime position that offers medical, Rx, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, 403(b) retirement plan, and so much more to enrich the lives of our team members.
