Design Engineer I - Comms

The Design Engineer I represents a high level of technical expertise to internal and external customers in a variety of forms that include design assistance, delivering education, and enabling the customer to do business with Scan. Source. The focus of the position may be on specified technologies, or on a specific group of suppliers.

This role is expected to be an expert in Network Technologies and will act as a trusted advisor to the company's customers. This individual would have detailed knowledge of a multiple product lines, and able to guide a customer through designing the best overall solution which would include hardware, software, and licensing.
