SAP Functional Lead (HCM & SuccessFactors)

Experienced and proactive SAP Success. Factors Functional Lead to drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of SAP Success. Factors platform across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of HR transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with business leaders to gather, analyze and document human resource requirements and translate them into system solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact between Human resource, IT and business units for all SAP Success. Factors initiatives. Coordinate with implementation partners, SAP consultants and third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

8–12 years of overall experience in HR Technology, ERP, or Digital Transformation programs. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success. Factors implementation and support. Experience leading at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP Success. Factors implementations.
