As a result of this growth, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership of search, client engagement, and candidate experience.

This is not a “post-and-pray” role — we want someone who’s ready to pick up the phone, dig deep into technical roles, and become a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers. 🔍 What You’ll Do: Conduct outbound recruiting (calls, emails, messaging) to technical and niche professionals Translate client intake calls into compelling outreach campaigns Present and pitch roles clearly and persuasively to candidates Identify, screen, and qualify candidates for client needs Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates Represent our firm’s brand with clarity, energy, and professionalism (Optional, but valued): Help develop business and generate new client leads 🧠 What You Bring: 3–7+ years of agency recruiting experience (or hybrid in-house/agency) Strong experience with cold calling and outbound outreach Technical aptitude — you’re comfortable speaking to roles in engineering, chemicals, tech, or similar industries Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline Strong communicator — written and verbal Entrepreneurial mindset — sees opportunity and runs toward it 💼 What We Offer: Strong base salary Aggressive variable compensation (uncapped) 401(k) program Flexible work schedule (no weekends) Remote-first culture A seat at the table — with opportunity to grow , develop a niche, and potentially lead in the future 🚀 Why This Role?
