Non-CDL Delivery Driver - 3 Day Work Week Iceman is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver for our Atlanta hub. You'll deliver packaged ice to restaurants, bars, caterers, and event venues across metro Atlanta on a 3-day rotating schedule. These are long shifts — typically 12–14 hours, sometimes longer on Fridays and Saturdays when bars and venues stay busy into the night.

The trade: you get 4 full days off every week to use however you want. This is a non-CDL role driving a Ford F-250 with a refrigerated body, roughly the size of an Amazon delivery van. You'll use our mobile app to navigate stops and a company-provided cart to wheel ice into each location.

What You'll Do

Deliver bags of ice to restaurants, bars, venues, and businesses across metro Atlanta Load your truck at the start of the shift and unload at each stop using a delivery cart Use our mobile app to navigate routes and confirm completed deliveries Perform a daily pre-trip inspection of your vehicle Provide friendly, professional service at every stop — you're the face of Iceman to our customers What a Typical Day Looks Like Start at our Doraville, GA warehouse between 7 and 8 AM; end time depends on the day's demand 12–14 hour shifts on most days; 14+ hours on busy Fridays and Saturdays 12–15 delivery stops, about 6 pallets of ice per shift Short stops: wheel the cart in, place the ice, confirm in the app, move on Schedule 3 days a week, rotating — you won't work the same 3 days every week One full Saturday + Sunday weekend off every month Most weeks include some weekend coverage (Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest) 4 days off every week What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a delivery vehicle about 9 feet tall (no CDL needed) Able to lift 20–50 lbs throughout a long shift Okay with long shifts and variable end times — not a 9-to-5 Strong customer service skills Delivery, warehouse, food service, or other physical-work experience is a plus, not required Pay & Benefits $20/hour starting pay Typical weekly earnings: $760–$950 including overtime (OT paid after 40 hours) Medical and vision insurance Paid training Why Drivers Stick Around at Iceman 3 long days, 4 full days off — every week.
