Our mission is rooted in people inspired innovation, empowering financial institutions to deliver seamless, secure, and human centered experiences.

We deliver cutting-edge solutions that are paving the way for the next generation of digital banking and payments, but our true impact begins with our associates. If you're ready to help transform an industry and grow with a company that values purpose, collaboration, and excellence then we’d love to meet you. The Communications & Reporting Specialist I manages external communications and regulatory reporting throughout the major incident lifecycle.

Acting as a primary liaison with service owners, this role translates complex technical issues into clear, professional, and compliant updates for clients and regulatory bodies (e.g., Federal Banking Agencies). This position supports the organization’s incident response transparency and strict audit readiness. This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

The salary range for this position is $43,400-63,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you’ll be responsible for: Translate live technical data into clear, concise, client-facing updates under tight deadlines.

Manage communication approvals and partner with legal, security, and business units to ensure a unified "One Jack Henry" response. Utilize approved tools to draft, distribute, and archive compliance reports, incident records, and FBA regulatory responses. Compile and deliver audit-ready data and communication artifacts for related Enterprise Risk Organization for Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO) requests.

Attend Review, Learn, Improve (RLI) postmortems to gather feedback and optimize deliverables. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to rapidly activate incident protocols when needed. May perform other job duties as assigned.
