HS Girls Softball Assistant Coach

Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach for our High School Girls Softball program.

Responsibilities

Assisting with practices, games, player development; Supporting Head Coach; Must serve as a role model to students; Demonstrated coaching experience with expert knowledge of the relevant sport; Ability to motivate; Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and members of the school community.

Qualifications

Prior coaching or playing experience preferred; Possession of NJ DOE Standard Teaching Certificate (or County Substitute Teaching Certificate); Must complete a criminal history background check; Meet NJSIAA qualifications for coaches.
