Aquatics Specialist Easton, PA | Full Time, Hourly | $21.00 - $21.50 per hour Love swimming and connecting with people? We got you. We are looking for individuals age 18+ to serve as our Aquatics Specialist. As an Aquatics Specialist, you will develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime!

Supplemental insurance benefits What is needed to be our Aquatics Specialist: 18+ years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ years of experience in pool management or aquatics administration preferred 1+ years of experience teaching swim lessons preferred Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification required or ability to obtain certification upon hire (training provided) The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Aquatics Specialist: Ensure the safety and active supervision of all pool participants by maintaining a secure and welcoming aquatic environment Provide professional lifeguard coverage, continuously monitoring the pool area and responding promptly and effectively to emergencies Teach group and private swim lessons, emphasizing water safety, skill development, confidence-building, and individualized instruction Deliver exceptional customer service to participants, families, and community members Monitor pool operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures Assist with the daily operation, organization, and administration of aquatic programs and activities Support the overall success of the aquatics program through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to participant safety and engagement What you can expect: Support from an amazing leadership team Opportunities to learn & grow at the YMCA Being a part of a non-profit organization that works to make the community stronger YMCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer All Qualified Women, Minorities, Persons with Disabilities, and US Veterans Encouraged to Apply After reading this, if you’re thinking this is me- we want to meet you!
