Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for the NEW product line to lead process innovation and efficiency across our production operations. In this role, you’ll develop and implement advanced manufacturing technologies that enhance quality, reduce costs, and support new product launches. Job description: ​Adhere to established manufacturing procedures and provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.

Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods. Identify and justify Advance Manufacturing key processes and equipment. Implement best manufacturing practices for existing processes and provide engineering support Oversee the development and execution of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects for Vertiv manufacturing facilities.

Research and lead new manufacturing technologies and practices. Coordinate cross-plant problem-solving teams to improve operating performance and meet business objectives. Assist with business-critical capital projects including facility planning, layout, and cost justification. Personality requirements and skills Previous experience from Manufacturing Engineering at least 3 years PC working knowledge Facility or Production Line Layout development Strong Mechanical atitude Knowledge of assembly and fabrication processes Knowledge of Design tools, methods, and new technologies Effective use of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvement tools The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 25 200€ to 31 500€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary.
