Job description

What You’ll Do

Woven Legal LLC is seeking a part-time, fully remote Personal Injury - Case Manager to keep injury matters organized, moving, and client-ready. This role is essential to maintaining momentum in each file—so clients feel supported, attorneys have clean documentation, and time-sensitive dates are protected.

Key responsibilities include

opening and maintaining PI files; reporting claims and staying on adjusters for updates; coordinating treatment and identifying care gaps; requesting and tracking medical records and itemized bills with consistent provider follow-up; building demand packages (chronologies, specials, damages summaries); assisting with settlement tracking and disbursement paperwork; and calendaring critical deadlines (SOL, minors’ tolling, government claims).

Required qualifications/skills:

  • Prior personal injury case management experience
  • Strong client-facing written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Clio/MyCase (or similar), Microsoft Office, and remote tools (Zoom, Slack)

If you’re ready to help run steady, well-documented PI files from home, apply today.

How Your Day Flows

You’ll log in from your home workspace and map out the day around the firm’s core hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm ET), prioritizing what needs attention first. Much of the day is spent in your case management system, keeping notes current and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You’ll alternate between focused desk time and quick check-ins through Slack/Zoom, then close out by confirming tomorrow’s touchpoints are queued and your files are easy to pick up without backtracking.
