AM/PM Front Desk Agent - Hotel Earl, Charlevoix Charlevoix MI

Location: The Earl of Charlevoix � Charlevoix, MI Schedule: Evenings (3:45pm-12:00am) |Full -Time | Includes weekends and holidays as needed Join the team at Hotel Earl! We�re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional AM/PM Front Desk Agent to join our team. Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during their stay Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and payment processing accurately Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and area events Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations Bartend in the lobby bar on slower evenings when a bartender is not scheduled Prepare and serve beverages responsibly Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere Qualifications: Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor Basic computer and POS system skills (experience with hotel management systems a plus) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Must be at least 18 years old What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Fun, team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on rooms and amenities Opportunities for growth and development within the company Ready to join our team?
