Waiter/Waitress - The Fiction Hotel

The Fiction Hotel , a luxury boutique hotel in Marousi, is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team. We are looking for a hospitality professional who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, has a genuine passion for food and beverage and enjoys working in a refined, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding the menu, beverages, and daily offerings. Ensure the restaurant and service areas are consistently clean, organized, and well presented.

Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service. Handle guest requests and feedback with a positive and solution-oriented approach. Follow hotel standards, service procedures, hygiene regulations, and safety guidelines. Support the team in delivering a consistently high level of luxury hospitality.

Requirements

Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or similar F&B position, preferably in a 4*/5* hotel, luxury restaurant, or boutique hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail. Good knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
