The purpose of the class is to plan, direct, monitor and supervise the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of the Dorchester County Water and Sewer Department; and to perform other professional, technical, administrative and supervisory work as required.
The class plans, organizes and implements programs within major organizational policies and reports program progress to executive-level administration through reports and conferences.
