Setting Tool Assistant

Location: Carlsbad, NM 88220 Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour Schedule: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM | 14 days on / 7 days off Schedule: Monday-Sunday, including weekends and holidays as needed Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Requirements

• Must be honest, dependable, and punctual.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Previous oilfield or downhole tooling experience is preferred, but not required.

• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Basic computer skills are helpful.

• Ability to use basic hand tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed.

• Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of Cyclops Setting Tools to customer field locations.

• Wash, disassemble, and rebuild tools following company work instructions and under supervision.

• Document recycling and tool-processing activities using company software.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and ready for use.

• Work professionally with customers and field representatives.

• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
