Supervisory Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANAYLST in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION (N8) of COMMANDER

• NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Leading or managing complex financial management, business operations, or enterprise business system programs and initiatives,
2. Applying Federal financial management concepts, policies, internal controls, and business process requirements to organizational operations,
3. Analyzing complex financial, operational, or business-system issues and developing recommendations or solutions for senior leadership,
4. Developing and communicating strategic plans, policies, executive-level briefings, recommendations, or performance information to senior leaders and stakeholders, and
5. Managing competing priorities, risks, and organizational requirements to achieve measurable program or mission outcomes. NOTE: All experience must be demonstrated in your resume.
