Analyst - Financial FPA

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Position will work closely with Finance and Investor Relations to provide support to and of the Company’s financial and business analysis, projections, assumptions and insight regarding all business lines for the enterprise to facilitate a comprehensive and accurate forecasting model. Position will provide support to various departments to prepare for presentations by assisting with financial reporting, variance analysis, cost-cutting measures, while assisting with analytical models which are used for investments, sources and uses of capital, macroeconomics, apartment funding, etc.

Position will support the construction of and implementation databases that contribute to the development of Portfolio Strategy data analytics tool. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports
