Facility Management Technician

The Facility Management Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, safety, and operational efficiency of H Mart facilities. This hands-on role combines skilled technical work—performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems—with essential operational support and emergency response.

Acting as the primary technical contact on-site, the technician liaises directly with HQ Facility Management, leads emergency response efforts, conducts regular safety audits, and manages the inventory and documentation needed to keep all facility equipment running smoothly.
