Part-Time Violations Coordinator

Job description
The Violation Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring property compliance, documenting violations, and coordinating follow-up inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine community inspections to identify violations of HOA/association rules and governing documents. Document violations accurately, including photographs, dates, locations, and detailed descriptions. Prepare and send violation notices and correspondence to homeowners in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain organized and up-to-date violation records and documentation. Coordinate with the Property Manager and Board of Directors regarding ongoing or escalated violations. Schedule and/or conduct follow-up inspections to verify compliance. Assist with preparing violation reports, compliance updates, and information requested by management or the Board.
Ensure all enforcement activities are handled consistently and in accordance with the association's governing documents and applicable laws. Part-Time Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE PALM BEACH GARDENS AREA!
