About the Role

As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee the core products that made us the number 1 recommendation to new parents! You'll be dedicated to nurturing our cornerstone offerings, making sure they stay reliable and high-quality so we can continue to scale alongside the community we serve. You will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and technical execution, transforming our core product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap.

You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and alignment, as well as working cross-functionally with all teams at Huckleberry that help us execute on our mission of helping every family thrive.
