Senior Building Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) - Water / Wastewater

The Senior Building Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering role takes on more complex projects and leads the development of HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler calculations for clients in the Northeast United States. The role interprets mechanical, plumbing, building, and fire codes, as well as NFPA standards relevant to commercial buildings and wastewater treatment facilities.

The role includes sizing ductwork, plumbing, and fire sprinkler distribution systems, and selecting appropriate equipment. The role may draft and model these systems using AutoCAD and Revit software, and develop detailed specifications in Word and Speclink.
