We are seeking an experienced SAP Success. Factors Super Administrator / HRIS Specialist with strong expertise in system administration, backend configuration, and end-to-end setup across SAP Success.

Factors. The role will act as a key Success. Factors super admin and configuration owner while also supporting day-to-day HR operations as a member of the HRC / HR Operations team. The successful candidate will participate in the Success. Factors implementation phase, support ongoing enhancements, and contribute to other HRIS and HR-related activities as required.

This position requires a hands-on profile with solid HR process understanding, strong system configuration capability, and the ability to work closely with HR, IT, implementation partners, and business stakeholders. What will you do?

  1. Success. Factors Administration & Backend Configuration Act as a Success. Factors Super Administrator and key point of contact for system configuration and administration. Configure, maintain, and optimize Success. Factors settings to support business requirements and HR processes. Manage Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, Picklists, Employee Files, and Role-Based Permissions. Maintain and support data models, corporate data models, succession data models, and XML configurations where applicable. Support system enhancements, release updates, testing, and deployment activities across the Success. Factors landscape. Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
  2. HR Operations & HRC Support Act as an active member of the HRC / HR Operations team and support day-to-day HR operations through Success. Factors. Process and maintain employee lifecycle transactions including hiring, onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee, position, reporting line, organizational, and employment data in Success. Factors. Support HR users, managers, and employees by resolving system-related queries and providing practical guidance. Monitor data quality and take corrective actions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with HR governance requirements. Support operational HR activities, reporting requests, and administrative actions linked to Success. Factors and related HR systems.
  3. Success. Factors Implementation & Project Support Participate in all phases of Success. Factors implementation, including design workshops, requirements gathering, configuration review, data preparation, testing, migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. Work with implementation partners, HR stakeholders, IT, and business users to translate HR requirements into system configuration and process design. Support User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, defect tracking, issue resolution, and release validation. Contribute to documentation of business processes, configuration decisions, system procedures, and user guides. Assist in data migration activities including template preparation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation. Support change management activities, user communication, training support, and adoption of new Success. Factors processes.
  4. Security, Access & Governance Administer Role-Based Permissions, permission roles, permission groups, security access, and system authorization structures. Manage user access requests, role changes, and security updates in line with company governance and control requirements. Conduct periodic access reviews and support audit requirements related to Success. Factors security and data access. Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and change-control records for key system updates. Experience and Education Required: 5-7 years of hands-on SAP Success. Factors experience. Strong experience in a Super Admin, System Administrator, HRIS Specialist, or Success. Factors Configuration Consultant role. Strong configuration knowledge in Employee Central and related Success. Factors platform components. Experience with all Success. Factors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and Time Off. Hands-on experience with Role-Based Permissions, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Picklists, and data imports/exports. Practical experience supporting day-to-day HR operations through Success. Factors. Experience participating in Success. Factors implementation, enhancement, migration, testing, or stabilization projects. Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, organizational management, and HR data governance. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced HR systems environment.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to global HR operations and multi-country HR environments. Experience working on HR system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations.
