All staff are required to treat clients with respect and dignity. Position Responsibilities Deliver quality client care through assessment, monitoring and communicating observations and findings with physicians and other members of the treatment team Assist in the identification of medical, emotional, and social needs of the client throughout the detox and at times, residential treatment Assess medical and psychological problems and report significant findings to the physician, physician assistant and client counselor.

Complete initial medical and nutritional assessment, chemical dependency, and suicide history along with charting patient care Assist in the performing/monitoring/administration of client medications Promote restoration of health, client and family education and serve as a client advocate Administer TB testing to clients and staff in accordance with PA Department of Health Maintain and adhere to established infection control measures Demonstrate respect toward clients at the same time being firm and direct, supporting them with their personal goals and development Provide appropriate education to staff and client in the treatment program Maintain compliance with all program policies and procedures as well as all state and accreditation standards.

Work with multi-disciplinary team to discuss, assess and resolve client issues while also working independently.
