What You'll Do

Monitor and optimize production, utilities, and wastewater treatment processes through our Distributed Control System (DCS) Analyze process performance and implement improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) activities, including risk assessments and Management of Change (MOC) reviews Provide technical support, coaching, and training to operations personnel Drive continuous improvement projects that increase plant performance and reduce operational costs Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and asset effectiveness Conduct field observations, investigate process deviations, and implement corrective actions Prepare technical reports and communicate operational results to key stakeholders Support process and product changes to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements Participate in emergency response activities and plant emergency drills Why Join Us?
