Runner/Busser (Part-time/weekends)

The Work The Runner/Busser assists the servers in keeping our guest’s dining experience far and above anywhere else! The runner helps create an authentic, amazing guest experience through attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs, recommendations, and impeccable service, including: Delivering food from the kitchen in a timely manner Continual assessment of guest’s experience by checking back after delivery of food for additional condiment needs, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and proactively addressing guest needs in a timely manner Refill non-alcoholic drinks, as needed Manicure tables as needed.

Remove trash from tables as guest’s finish meals Bus tables/bowling lanes and reset for new guests’ arrival Reset and restock all condiments on tables, galley, and dining areas. Perform and uphold sanitation for kitchen spaces, floors, equipment, and tools Cleans and sanitizes table top and guest service areas Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return Performs opening/closing duties Assist others and perform additional duties as directed The Requirements No experience necessary- positive attitude, professional appearance, professionalism, active engagement in teamwork and sense of urgency a must!
