Millennium Power Services (MPS) is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily service operations. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, managing workflow, ensuring customer commitments are met, maintaining high-quality service standards, and supporting continuous operational improvement.
The Field Service Supervisor serves as a key link between customers, technicians, vendors, and management to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and experience managing service teams in an industrial, manufacturing, power generation, or rotating equipment environment.
