Build, organize and optimize end-to-end SOP, including planning, workflow designing and training. Identify operational and structural points for system improvement Work together with multiple stakeholders to roll out projects. Monitor processes and coordinate with other stakeholders to handle daily issues. Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and initiatives Assist PMO Leader in keeping track of project progress and deliverables.

Must-have: Minimum 02 years of experience in tech start-up environment. Critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill.
