We�re looking for a reliable, energetic Cook to join our team and help deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and plays a key part in creating a positive dining experience for our residents and guests. What You�ll Do Prepare, cook, and plate meals according to recipes and presentation standards Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff Assist with meal planning, special events, and dietary accommodations Monitor inventory and notify leadership of supply needs Support dining operations as needed (serving, bussing, dishwashing, room service) Adapt quickly to changing needs, including troubleshooting food shortages What We�re Looking For 1�2+ years of kitchen or cooking experience Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety standards Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service mindset Reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends and holidays Current food handler�s permit (or ability to obtain) Physical & Work Environment Active kitchen setting with exposure to heat, noise, and varying temperatures Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Frequent use of kitchen equipment including ovens, knives, mixers, and slicers Why Join Us?
